Launchbelt is an advanced manufacturing orchestration platform built and operated by Asgard Aerospace, Inc. (“Asgard”, “we”, “us”), headquartered in Austin, Texas. This policy describes how we handle information on the Launchbelt website and platform (launchbelt.space and its subdomains). Launchbelt is a business-to-business service for manufacturing programs and suppliers.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, name, role, and the organization you belong to, created when you are invited to or activated on the platform.
  • Application information: when your company applies as a program owner or supplier, we collect the details you submit, including company information, certifications, equipment, past performance, and the business contacts you list (name, title, work email, work phone).
  • Operational records: RFQs, quotes, jobs, travelers, documents, notifications, and an audit trail of platform actions that records which account performed each action, including that account’s email address.
  • Technical data: authentication cookies, the demo access cookie, your cookie consent record, and form drafts saved in your own browser so you can leave an application and come back.
  • Analytics, only with your permission: anonymous page-view and performance measurement through Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and we do not use it until you allow the analytics category.
  • Security signals: our public application forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish people from bots.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we run no advertising, social media pixels, or session-replay tools.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal: when it is present, optional categories stay off and the consent banner cannot override it.

How we use information

  • Operating the platform and providing the services you request.
  • Evaluating program and supplier applications.
  • Routing, executing, and documenting production work.
  • Security, anti-abuse, and access control.
  • Compliance recordkeeping, including production traceability and audit trails that our customers rely on.
  • With consent, understanding aggregate site usage.

Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, and transactional email such as account invitations), Vercel (hosting, and analytics only after consent), and Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection on public application forms). We do not send your data to advertising networks, data brokers, or AI training services.

Retention

Account and operational records are retained while your organization uses the platform and as needed for audit, traceability, and legal obligations that apply to aerospace and defense manufacturing records. Application drafts stored in your browser expire automatically after 90 days, and local submission receipts after 30 days; you can clear either at any time from your browser.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and row-level security, and privacy-affecting actions are recorded in an audit trail. Export-controlled work is additionally partitioned by the platform’s compliance controls.

Your choices and rights

  • You can change or withdraw cookie and analytics choices at any time via .
  • To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other privacy rights that may apply to you, contact us at contact@asgardaero.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records, such as audit trails and traceability required for regulated manufacturing, may be retained where the law allows or requires it.

Children

Launchbelt is a business platform for manufacturing programs and suppliers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be reflected here before they take effect.
